Bass Concert Hall at University of Texas PACBass Concert Hall at University of Texas PAC Average User Rating: (0 votes, add your vote or comments) The University of Texas Performing Arts Center's Bass Concert Hall (Seating Chart) is located on the east side of the University of Texas at Austin campus, at the corner of 23rd and Robert Dedman Drive. With seating for 2,800, it is one of the finest performing spaces in the country both in size and accoutrements. Parking for PAC events is free and easy on the east side of campus. After 5:45 PM, Monday-Friday, when university classes are finished, most of the over 2,500 spaces within walking distance of Bass Concert Hall become vacant . Parking is also available at several lots located both in, and around campus. After 5:45 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends, parking is free.
